Evaluate
On your first visit, your therapist performs a thorough evaluation: a history, tests and measurements, postural and movement analysis, and palpation.

Plan
The findings are discussed with you, and a plan of care is developed by you and your therapist. Treatment is rendered on the first visit as appropriate.
- 03
Treat
Hands-on joint and soft tissue techniques, exercise and pain reducing modalities, in sessions that average 45 minutes.

Progress
A home exercise program keeps you moving between visits, and a re-evaluation about every 4 weeks keeps you and your physician up to date.
